Construction Claims have become usual practice in small, medium and large scale Projects. Claims may arise from any of the parties to a Contract, therefore a Specialist Consultant is usually appointed initially by the party preparing the claim and then by the recipient of the claim.
Specifically, the service includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Claim Preparation
- For the party that demands the funds included within the claim.
- Claim Evaluation
- For the party that received the demand of funds.
- Independent Evaluation
- Usually appointed as an Independent Expert by both parties (on a 50/50 basis) in order to study and evaluate the claim and advice accordingly.
